Description

In honor of National Volunteer Week, we are accepting nominations for the month of March for volunteers in the Richmond region who power good. In April, we're hosting a party for them!

Join us on Wednesday, April 19, for a visual recognition of all those volunteers--to meet up with your nominees and neighbors over food, Buskey cider, wine, and fun. Come see who they are and share the ways YOU will power good in #RVA. In addition to having their RVA Cider, we'll be one of the first to premier a new cider from Buskey: Tart Cherry.

The event is free, but tickets are required.

This event is family friendly and an open-house, drop in format. Dress is casual. Parking is on the street. Please contact us if you have mobility needs at volunteer@handsonrva.org.

Power of Good, in its 4th year with partners The Spark Mill and HandsOn Greater Richmond, is a celebration for National Volunteer Week to honor those who power good in our community.

Nominations are open through Friday, March 31, 2017, at http://thesparkmill.com/powerofgood.

Event registration ends at close of business, Friday, April 14.
